Financial Analyst - Analytics CI Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) Positions will be responsible for: Performing detailed analysis of main KPIs and financial results to ensure understanding of the data business Provide feedback, analysis and benchmark the performance of the products: revenue, gross margin, pricing elasticity, ROIC, penetration, ARPU and churn. Provide input needed to understand the behavior of the customers and take competitive actions. Analyze Positions will be responsible for: Performing detailed analysis of main KPIs and financial results to ensure understanding of the data business Provide feedback, analysis and benchmark the performance of the products: revenue, gross margin, pricing elasticity, ROIC, penetration, ARPU and churn. Provide input needed to understand the behavior of the customers and take competitive actions. Analyze data in relation to commercial initiatives such as promotions, customers and commercial structure/offer. Make recommendations to improve the performance of the category INCLUDING business cases and scenarios. Monitor and participate in the design process of the product in relation to pricing structure. Liaise with financial department and commercial department in regards to collection, implementation and monitoring of KPIs. Develop, maintain and follow-up the category dashboard and reporting structure. Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes across the categories. Support and make recommendations to Commercial team in actions, policy and guideline for market. On site business decision support for selected project and initiatives (might need to travel for long periods). Strong analytical skills. Experience in data analysis, data crunching, and making presentations. Commercial knowledge. Understanding of pricing theory. Capable of take into analysis different inputs (commercial, financial, strategic, etc.) to make recommendations. High adaptation to different cultures, a changing environment and changing challenges. Fluency in Spanish will be an advantage. Educated to degree level.
