Affiliate Marketing Manager CEE Viacom Hungary Kft. - Creating, planning, project management and execution of CEE2 marketing activities aimed at distribution clients in the region. The range of activities varies depending on objective and target group - Planning and executing marketing/sales activities that liaise directly with the marketing, sales, customer service, retail and product departments of our major distribution partners and support our common goals - Planning and creation of trade marketing material for cross-promotion / 3rd party usage. Update, chase or produce marketing material for clients regularly: Showreels for all our brands - brief trailers to brands and freelancers, coordinate production and send out final versions to clients / internal team Show Highlights: gather information from all brand teams including show descriptions in various languages (or get them translated) and images for all upcoming shows and send them out to all partners regularly; checking clearances Tune in trailer: gather tune in’s in various languages on a monthly basis about upcoming shows / highlights and send them out to all partners for cross-promotion after checking clearances Show and channel descriptions from various press and channel websites etc Picture databases – shows, logos, images etc collect material from brand press sites, iportal, various regions and teams etc and check clearances - Establish a B2B site for CEE2 affiliates Make sure B2B site always has updated and approved material, such as pictures, logos, show reels, texts and any other relevant material that may be used externally by distribution clients. - Create an affiliate marketing presentation and update it regularly (general channel presentations for all brands, presentations for specific brands and / or specific clients and needs. - Planning and ordering of merchandise for all brands regularly and send out to clients or use as incentive for meeting and competition prizes: client give-aways, competitions, conventions, goodie bags. Generating ideas, planning and execution of events Other: Planning and allocation of CEE2 affiliate marketing budget for the marketing & sales activities Work closely with the staff at the marketing and sales departments at our major distribution clients Ensure we are viewed as a premier co-operation partner in terms of marketing and sales by always delivering above expectation on their requests and taking on a pro-active approach in their important issues Close communication, support and coordination with Licensee Account Director and VIMN affiliate marketing teams Close communication, support and coordination with all Benelux Key Account Directors to inform of show and channel priorities, events and marketing activities from all our brands locally Close communication, support and coordination with all members of the Distribution team in CEE2 cluster Close collaboration with Consumer Products, brand Marketing teams, program Planners, PR teams, Production, Sales and Media Planning / Strategy team Regular meetings / updates with all brand program people and communicate new priorities to team and clients, implement to marketing plans Other reasonable tasks upon request and need Marketing studies At least 4 years’ experience in establishing contacts in the region Excellent communication skills in English Strong project management skills Proactive, flexible and dynamic personality Experience of planning and executing affiliate marketing activities with limited budgets Client - focused Self driven Getting things done attitude
